I am a graduate of Penn State University majoring in Business Management.  Real Estate has been my focus since I graduated in 2009.  I began working for a local property owner where I helped find tenants, remodeled rental units, and helped to increase yearly rental incomes.  This is what made me realize Real Estate is my passion and in 2016 I decided to move forward with my career in Real Estate and obtained my PA sales license.  In 2023 my passioin for real estate made me want to do even more in the industry, so I obtained my PA Broker's license and co-founded The Colony Agency.  As a Broker who's grown up and lived in Western PA my entire life, I bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise about buying and selling real estate here.  It's not the same everywhere, so you need someone you can trust for up-to-date information.  I am eager to build a life-long relationship with my clients and be there for all of thier real estate needs, now and in the future.

When it's time to move, you need someone who will advertise your home, show to prospective buyers, negotiate the purchase contract, arrange financing, oversee the inspections, handle all necessary paperwork and supervise the closing.  I can take care of everything you need, from start to close!

Oftentimes buyers don't visualize living in your home the way you do.  I can make your home attractive to its ideal audience - which can help you get top dollar!  Things like staging the home, making repairs or minor improvements, or even simply painting the walls can be the difference between a home resting on the market and one that's sold fast.
