Eugene alongside his son Joe would build thousands of Spirer
Lincoln Homes across our region.

Years later, at the peak of the shopping center era, Joe would set out to change the course of history for not only our region, but for The Colony Family.  With the formation of Colony Park Company, he would develop our areas first Hills department store amongst many other tenants at Norwin Hills.  Later, Colony Holding Company and today better known as The Colony Company.

Four generations later we decided to harken back to our roots with the formation of The Colony Agency.  With our rich history we have set out to offer an unparalleled experience, a truly unique full service boutique real estate firm, much like Eugene did seven decades ago.
