Daniel Churley

I fell in love with real estate when working with my commercial agent to lease commercial retail space for both of my Anytime Fitness franchise locations.  Although I was from a completely different industry, I found the real estate negotiation process to be fascinating and something that I was immediately drawn to.  Later, I took an interest in investment real estate for myself and, remembering how challenging and enjoyable the leasing process was for my businesses, I decided to pursue my real estate license in 2016.

I’m still an owner of two Anytime Fitness franchise locations but fell in love with real estate sales and real estate investing.  Now I’m working full time in real estate with buyers, sellers and investors.  I work with clientele ranging from brand new home buyers or sellers all the way up to advanced real estate investors that are buying large commercial real estate properties.  Large or small, new or experienced, I genuinely enjoy working with any client as they make their way through the real estate transaction!
